According to Blackberry’s blog, about six million people signed up for information about BBM at BBM.com. The wait is over now, Blackberry has officially resumed the roll-out for BBM for iPhone and BBM for Android.
To get BBM for Android or BBM for iPhone on your smartphone, just follow these simple steps recommended by Blackberry:
1. Download BBM – Visit BBM.com from your Android or iPhone browser. You may also download the app from Apple’s AppStore or Google’s Play Store.
2. After installing the app, open it and enter your email address. Blackberry will register this address in their database.
3. You will receive an email from Blackberry BBM as soon as your services get started.
BBM is available in most of the countries including India. Existing BBM users have also received an update, BBM 220.127.116.11, which contains optimizations for iOS 7 and bug fixes to improve app performance. When you update to the latest version of BBM, you will be required to enter your ID and will get the services immediately.
