We all know that taking photos with the iPhone’s front camera is a disaster when done in low light. Firstly, the front camera quality is far less than the rear one. Secondly, no front flash is present on the iPhone.
But now you can add flash to your iPhone’s front camera. All you need is a jailbroken iPhone with Cydia installed.
To enable front flash on your iPhone, just follow these simple steps:
1. Open Cydia and search for FrontFlash.
It is available on the BigBoss repository for free.
2. Tap on Install and then Restart SpringBoard when the installation process is complete.
3. Now open your iPhone’s camera and switch to front camera. A flash toggle will now be available for both the cameras. Just toggle it to ON.
4. Your front flash is now enabled. Now you can click your photos even when no lighting is available.
In case you don’t have a jailbroken iPhone or iPad, check out the Camera+ application on iTunes Store which has many other features along with a front flash.
To enable self-time on your iPhone’s camera, check this out – Enable Self-Timer on iPhone
