0

October 4, 2016 by Abhay

The RUN command is essential, especially if you want to access folders on the intranet or server. In Windows it is easily accessible using a combination of keys, but MAC requires some minor modifications.

To use the Windows RUN command on you Apple Mac, follow these simple steps:

  1. Press Command-K while you are on your desktop or click on “Go” on the top bar and select “Connect to Server“.
    run-command-mac-tbc
  2. Enter the required server address after “smb://” and change all “\” to “/” in your address.
    Eg: smb://192.168.254.121/Test-Folder

Now you can easily access the folders on the intranet. If you have any queries, we’ll be happy to help.
